Svetlana Karadimova

Assistant Programme Manager

Svetlana is Assistant Programme Manager for the Arts Impact Fund, working with cultural organisations to develop their investment proposals and looking after a portion of the Fund's active portfolio.

Svetlana was Arts Impact Fund’s first Investment Intern, joining the team in October 2016. Prior to this, she achieved a Distinction in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London where she worked on a collaborative research project with Battersea Arts Centre, exploring how arts organisations can become more resilient by engaging with their staff, partners, audiences and communities.

Svetlana’s background is in theatre and the performing arts and she has worked on a variety of projects both in the UK and abroad. Her main interests are dramaturgy, European theatre, cross-cultural collaborations and socially engaged practices.

In her spare time, Svetlana is a keen yogini and enjoys hiking.
